Red Sox Father’s Day Walk in the Park

This post is over 30 days old, and this event is now over. Please visit our events section for current events.

Fenway ParkThe Boston Red Sox will once again open Fenway Park for the 13th Annual Red Sox Father’s Day Walk in the Park, presented by Bank of America, on Sunday, June 21, 2015 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m, which gives fans the opportunity to walk around the warning track, sit inside visitor and home dugouts, take photos with Red Sox alumni, and participate in other family-friendly activities. Additionally, dads can enjoy free tours of Fenway Park all day, every hour on the hour, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fans can enter the ballpark through Gate C. Red Sox alumnus Sam Horn will take photos and meet fans in the Red Sox dugout, and the three World Series Trophies will be placed behind home plate for photos. Wally the Green Monster and his dad, Walter, will be on hand, accompanied by a balloon artist, face painter, caricature artist, and stilt walker.

In an effort to highlight the memories made at this event, Bank of America is inviting participants to share their favorite moments from the day using #MLBmemorybank on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

It is a great event to do with Dad, and to even make an annual tradition. The whole family can go or Dad can spend a day by himself immersed in the Red Sox! Ballpark concessions will be available with special Father’s Day-friendly pricing too. The event will take place rain or shine and is free!
