Boston Business Women Innovation Conference

This post is over 30 days old, and this event is now over. Please visit our events section for current events.

There is a new conference in the Boston area this year, and it is called the Boston Business Women Innovation Conference. It is a conference developed by the Boston Business Women group and is designed for women and the issues they face as business owners, business leaders and business women in Boston and beyond.

BBW logoThe conference will take place on May 9, 2016 at the Westin Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston, Mass, and to kick off the inaugural year, Arianna Huffington, president and editor in chief of The Huffington Post, has signed on as the keynote speaker. Plus, the event will be emceed by Emmy award-winning producer and television personality, Jenny Johnson. I’ll be attending on behalf of the conference organizers, and I am excited for a day of business supports.

Huffington and Johnson will be joined by an impressive panel of experts and influencers from SoulCycle, SELF Magazine, Living Proof, Her Campus, Hill Holliday, Hollister Staffing and others, and the conference will cover several topics, including money mindset, the secrets of success, personal branding and how to master work-life balance.

The conference is the brain child of Boston Business Women’s founder and entrepreneur Kristina Tsipouras and Boston-area marketer Megan Marini. The two successful women came together with a common goal in mind – connecting local businesswomen through a conference developed by Bostonians.

As Tsipouras noticed “a lack of affordable and accessible conferences in the city,” she and Megan began the innovation conference as a day for local women to network, share best practices and support one another.

For more information about the conference, to purchase tickets, or to inquire about sponsorships, visit their website or email team@bostonbusinesswomen.com.
